Black & White Mediations also facilitate couples mediation where parties are not separated but they are going through relationship issues due to lack of communication or beliefs. It opens the way for making a reasonable negotiations for both parties so that their relationship will continue in a safe, healthy and secure manner. This process is totally confidential.


When should couple seek mediation?

As soon as either party thinks that their fundamental issues are not been able to solve and they both are losing trust on each other. When communication between parties has been broke down and they need help to bring back the communication.


How mediation is different from counselling?

Counselling tends to involve into the past and takes a long time exploring problem areas. Whereas,  Mediation is a place where parties learn the skills which empower them to find the solution.


What mediator is expecting from clients?

To show respect towards each other and willingness to come to negotiations without bringing the past events for the sake of their relationship. If parties will not showing their maturity level then it's not only affecting their relationship but also their kids and other family members.

WHAT IF PARTIES COME TO AN AGREEMENT?

If parties reach on an agreement then mediator may draft a memorandum of understanding stating all those agreements. The agreement is not binding upon parties.


WHAT IF PARTIES WILL NOT COME TO AN AGREEMENT?

If no agreements reach then we recommend each party to take independent legal advice or explore their other options.
